A family member has recently bought a derelict farmhouse in South Gloucestershire which is probably 350 years old. In the attic they found an old frame roughly 5ft high by 2ft wide which has closely spaced metal wires like a sieve. We believe it may be a manual corn frame which is older than the BOBY mechanised screen we have seen at Bicton Park in Devon.
Does anyone know anything about this type of corn screen, or maybe know of a museum that may have one?
Thanks, Eric Date

Catherine,
Yes I have two photos of the screen. Who shall I email them to ? Do you give me your email address or a general one?
Or do I somehow forward them directly to the forum screen?
Thanks, Eric.
